We utilize an integrative approach to treatment which combines using medications in addition to supplements and lifestyle coaching as a part of our treatment plans.


Our nurse practitioner works with you to identify the root cause of your bothersome symptoms. Some frequent ailments we treat include GI disturbances, difficulty with digestion and elimination, female hormone dysfunction, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, premenstrual syndrome, frequent susceptibility to illness, recurrent infections, difficulty losing weight, and fatigue


Yes! If you are a client of Organic Living and Wellness, you can upload your labs from primary care into your client portal. We encourage all clients to do this as it can help us adjust treatment plans to correlate with your bloodwork. 


No. We function as an extension to primary care as we have a heavy emphasis on lifestyle and diet coaching and we require that you have a primary care provider for annual wellness exams and age appropriate preventative health screenings (PAP, colonoscopy, mammogram, etc.) .

At this time we are offering virtual appointments only. They will be performed through audiovisual technology on our electronic health system (Practice Better), or a phone call can be performed if preferred. 


We understand that life happens, and sometimes there are unexpected circumstances and we do our best to accommodate. If you cancel with notice of 24 hours or more there will be no charge. If you cancel same-day or no-show there will be a $30 fee. 


We are out-of-network with all medical insurances and do not submit any insurance claims. We do not accept or bill Medicare or Medicaid. However, some services may be reimbursed by your insurance provider if eligible. It is your responsibility to verify this with your insurance company prior to receiving services. You may request a detailed receipt which you can submit to your insurance company. We don’t have the ability to check any insurance eligibility or coverage.   


We require payment in full at the time of the appointment. Payment is taken securely through our electronic health system (Practice Better), and we are able to accept credit/debit, HSA, and FSA cards.


A superbill is an itemized receipt of healthcare services provided, which patients can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement—offering more flexibility, privacy, and choice in providers compared to using traditional in-network insurance, and costs will also be applied towards your deductible.
