Marina Osborn- Family Nurse Practitioner. Owner/Operator

Marina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about bridging the gap between conventional and functional medicine. With three years of experience in psychiatry and two years dedicated to functional medicine, she adopts a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care, recognizing that symptoms seldom exist in isolation. Her philosophy extends beyond merely examining lab results within 'normal' ranges. She emphasizes the importance of utilizing advanced laboratory testing and thoughtful analysis to uncover root causes, connecting the dots that others might miss when labs appear 'normal' from a conventional perspective. Each personalized treatment plan may encompass targeted nutrition, stress management strategies, lifestyle optimization, individualized prescription therapies, and high-quality nutraceuticals. Marina is particularly drawn to the intricate complexities of the human body; she views solving health challenges as piecing together a puzzle and is committed to helping her patients achieve clarity, balance, and lasting wellness through her mental health services.

Outside of the clinic, she loves to recharge at the beach with her family, experiment in the kitchen, dive into a good book, and stay true to form by spending time solving puzzles or exploring new escape rooms with friends.

Areas of specialization: Mental health, irregular menstrual cycles, heavy/painful menstrual cycles, GI disturbances.

Chandler Stallings- Family Nurse Practitioner

Chandler is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience specializing in outpatient psychiatry and mental health services. After earning her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Clemson University in December 2016, Chandler began her career as a registered nurse in both the Emergency Department and Outpatient Surgery. Her passion for patient care and comprehensive healthcare led her to pursue a Master of Nursing degree from the University of South Carolina.

Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Chandler's unexpected journey into psychiatry has become a deeply fulfilling path. Since obtaining her Master's degree, she has focused on outpatient psychiatry, addressing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD. What distinguishes Chandler is her holistic approach to psychiatry, enhanced by her Family Nurse Practitioner certification, which allows her to integrate functional medicine principles into her treatment plans. This comprehensive perspective ensures her patients receive well-rounded and personalized care.

Outside of her professional life, Chandler is a loving wife to her husband Matt and a proud mother to their two boys, Tucker and Grady. In her free time, she enjoys expressing her creativity and staying active.

Areas of specialization: Metabolic health & weight management, mental health, GI disturbances.

Emily Lane- Family Nurse Practitioner

Emily has obtained a Bachelor's in Nursing from Charleston Southern University and a Master’s Degree from Clemson University. While in high school, Emily was diagnosed with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, which eventually led to a diagnosis of Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and histamine issues. In seeking care for her condition, she found a significant gap in provider knowledge and accessibility. Through years of personal study, research, and education, Emily has begun treating her own condition and advising others on the management of EDS. As a dedicated family nurse practitioner, she is excited to formally offer care for those with previously diagnosed EDS, providing new diagnoses when appropriate (with or without genetic testing), counseling on supplements and treatments, care coordination, and referring patients to specialists who will not dismiss their care needs.

Emily provides services for patients suffering from pain, joint hypermobility, fatigue, gut issues, blood pressure and heart issues, and food intolerances. She emphasizes education and access to supplements, therapies, nutrition, and more. A key feature of Emily’s functional medicine approach is to decrease inflammation, improve mobility, manage blood pressure and heart rate, and enhance day-to-day quality of life through education, nutrition, supplements, medications, and support devices. As someone with EDS, she possesses first-hand experience and knowledge regarding this disorder. While Emily does not provide pain medications, she partners with specialists for comprehensive care, including mental health services when necessary.

Emily is particularly invested in supporting fatigued, bloated, and in-pain young women. She also offers services to those without hypermobility, digging into the root causes of issues, whether they relate to gut problems, endocrine/hormones, anemia, autoimmune conditions, or vitamin deficiencies.

Areas of specialization: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), auto-immunity.
