Marina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for bridging the gap between conventional and functional medicine. With three years of experience in psychiatry and two years dedicated to functional medicine, she takes a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care because symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Her philosophy goes beyond simply checking boxes within “normal” lab ranges. She believes in digging deeper and using advanced laboratory testing and thoughtful analysis to uncover root causes and connect the dots that others may overlook when labs are "normal" in the conventional setting. Each treatment plan is personalized and may include a blend of targeted nutrition, stress management strategies, lifestyle optimization, individualized prescription therapies, and high-quality nutraceuticals. She is especially drawn to the complexity of the human body; solving health challenges is like piecing together a puzzle and is committed to helping her patients find clarity, balance, and lasting wellness.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys recharging at the beach with her family, experimenting in the kitchen, getting lost in a good book, and true to form; spending time solving puzzles or checking out new escape rooms with friends.

Chandler is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience specializing in outpatient psychiatry. After earning her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Clemson University in December 2016, Chandler began her career as a registered nurse, working in both the Emergency Department and Outpatient Surgery. She quickly developed a passion for patient care, and her interest in comprehensive healthcare led her to pursue a Master of Nursing degree from the University of South Carolina.
Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Chandler's journey into psychiatry was somewhat unexpected, but it became a path she is deeply passionate about. Since completing her Master's degree, Chandler has worked in outpatient psychiatry, focusing on treating a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD. This allows her to consider the entire body when creating treatment plans, ensuring a more well-rounded and personalized approach for her patients.
Outside of her professional life, Chandler is a loving wife to her husband Matt and a proud mother to their two boys, Tucker and Grady. In her free time, she enjoys expressing her creativity and staying active.

Emily has obtained a Bachelors in Nursing from Charleston Southern University and a Master’s Degree from Clemson University. While in high school, Emily was diagnosed with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, which eventually led to a diagnosis of Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, and histamine issues. In seeking care for her condition, she found a large gap in provider knowledge and accessibility. Through years of personal study, research, and education, Emily has begun treating her own condition and advising others on the management of EDS. She is excited to formally offer care for those with previously diagnosed EDS, providing a new diagnosis when appropriate (with or without genetic testing), counseling on supplements and treatments, providing care coordination, and referring patients to specialists who will not dismiss their care needs.
Emily provides services for patients with pain, joint hypermobility, fatigue, gut issues, blood pressure/heart issues, and food intolerances. She provides education and access to supplements, therapies, nutrition, and more. A key feature of Emily’s approach is decreasing inflammation, improving mobility, managing blood pressure/heart rate, and improving day-to-day quality of life through education, nutrition, supplements, medications, and support devices. As someone with EDS, she has first-hand experience and knowledge regarding this disorder. Emily does not provide pain medications but partners with specialists for comprehensive care.
Emily is invested in fatigued, bloated, and in-pain young women and offers services to those without hypermobility as well, digging into the root cause of issues, whether it be gut issues, endocrine/hormones, anemia, autoimmune conditions, or vitamin deficiencies.
